Meet Maggle. This sweet, happy, free-spirited girl is a 6-year old Hound mix that weighs about 60-pounds. Maggle loves people, big and small, and Hounds make excellent family pets. In fact, Maggle prefers people over other dogs and would love to be your only pet. She wants all the attention!

When Maggle isn't chasing a scent, you will find her playing fetch with her ball or playing with her collection of toys. Maggle is house and crate trained but she has great house manners and doesn't need a crate. Maggle also does really well on-leash and loves long walks. But don't let her calm nature fool you...hounds are scent dogs and if they are not on-leash or inside your home, they need a secure fence. After all, those scents can be so exciting and tantalizing and off they go!

Did you know hounds were voted one of the top 12 Most Talkative dogs? Well. Maggle will definitely let you know when she is bored or when you separate her from her “pack.”

And best of all, Maggle is looking for her forever home. She knows there is someone out there who is looking for a dog just like her... Maggle will waggle her way into your heart.

Additional adoption info

The first step in adopting or meeting any of our dogs is to fill out an adoption application on www.angelsrescue.org.
Your application will be assigned to someone in our organization that will review it and contact you to discuss it. Please allow us at least 3 business days to contact you. We require a meet and greet with your current dogs (if applicable) and all family members (if possible) and a home check. Please note: Puppies under 4 months are not currently available for adoption outside the state of Georgia.
