Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Well hey there! I'm Percival and I was found as a stray in Baltimore City. It took me a while to become the handsome, masculine guy I am thanks to a combination of a tricky diet and diabetes. Fortunately, my foster knew just how to handle both and now my fur is shiny and soft and my markings only emphasize my good looks. And you know what they say about cats with big paws...
You could say I'm a bit of a gambling man - I took my chances befriending a stranger who then got in touch with AARF to get me the care and support I need. It was a good call. And now that I'm safe and sound in a foster home, my favorite thing to do is roll the dice with a pair from Horseshoe Casino. I think I would be a rock star at the craps table, but unfortunately, I haven't yet found a casino that will admit me. So in the meantime, I practice my rolling game by taking my dice everywhere with me - from the kitchen to the second floor and back. I could be your lucky charm!
My other favorite things are dangling interactive toys, eating, being pet, snuggling, and basking in the sunlight. Very little can get between me and my food, but if I hear my die being batted around by someone else, you can bet that I'm going to get them and bring them back to my food dish! Do you think they have a Gamblers' Anonymous for cats? I'm asking for a friend...
I'd love to find my forever home and I'm cool with other cats - I don't even mind dogs as long as they don't bother me. If you think you might be ready to take a chance on me, please fill out an adoption application at http://www.animalalliesrescue.org/adoption-application. I bet we would be a winning pair! My adoption fee is $75 and includes all of my routine vetting, rabies and distemper/parvo vaccinations, FelV/FIV testing, deworming, spay/neuter surgery, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention, microchip, boarding and transportation costs if applicable.
