My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

This big sweetie is Trouble.  He is about 1-1/2 years old and weighs about 50lbs. At best guess he is a Hound/Catahoula Leopard dog mix.  Trouble and his sister came into rescue after having a rough start to life, so from the beginning he has been learning to trust people. He has come a LONG way with lots of patience and love from his foster mom. Trouble  LOVES other dogs of all sizes and would do best in a house with another dog. Don't have another dog? Maybe you would consider adopting his sister Blu as well! They do not have to be adopted together BUT again both will do best with another dog in the house to help them feel comfortable.  Loud noises make Trouble nervous so a house with young kids would not be the best.  Trouble will require a fenced in yard. Confined spaces make him feel secure and it will also allow him space to wrestle and play!  Trouble is house trained on a schedule and very well behaved in the house. There is not a mean bone in his sweet body. All he needs now is a quiet patient family to love him and continue his progress for the rest of his life!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, neuter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, Rabies vaccine, 4dx, flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $395.00
