My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey, Josephine here. I was just watching the world go by outside the window. It's fascinating out there, but I'm perfectly happy to be on this side of the glass. I like life to be calm and predictable and it doesn't look like that's what happens out there. But it's exciting to watch, like cat TV.

Speaking of cats, I have some cat friends here in my foster home and hope to have a cat friend or two in my forever home. I get along fine with dogs too. As for people, my foster mom says I'm a little shy and would need a little time to get to know you. But once I trust you, I will have no qualms about asking for some cat/person one-on-one time by tapping you gently with a soft paw and meowing my squeaky meow. And if you want to hold me and pet me while you're standing, that's my favorite!

After some people time, I'll be ready to do my own thing. That includes playing with jingle balls and crinkle balls, chasing stick toys, lying in a cat tree, eating wet food, and of course, watching out the window. Simple pleasures.

If you'd like to take me home, please fill out an adoption application at this website-http://www.animalalliesrescue.org/adoption-application and choose me-Josephine! My adoption fee is $150 and includes all of my routine vetting, rabies and distemper/parvo vaccinations, FelV/FIV testing (kitties), deworming, spay/neuter surgery, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention, microchip, boarding and transportation costs if applicable.
