My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We have many cats that can be great mousers but aren't too fond of people. Put them to work in your warehouse or building to reduce your rodent population. In time they may even become friendly enough to pet. We will help you get set up. All cats are spayed/neutered and vaccinated. Please send inquiries to adoptions@ctcatconnection.org. This cat is waiting for it's Forever Home! You can come to our facility Wednesdays and Fridays from 5 pm to 7 pm, Saturdays from 12 pm to 4 pm, Sundays from 12 pm to 3 pm, and other times by appointment - Call 860-219-9396 for additional information or email adoptions@ctcatconnection.org

Please understand that the cats behavior in the shelter is usually not what it will be like in your home, if the cat is nervous, anxious, or aggressive at the time please know that a shelter is a very stressful place for a cat.

Kitten Policy: It is important to understand that socialization of kittens with other animals as playmates is important for their development. Therefore, CCC has a policy that kittens are adopted in pairs unless there is another animal in the household as a playmate and companion. Due to demand, we are unable to place kittens on hold.

More about this rescue

We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to the welfare of animals with a 'No-Kill' policy (with medical exceptions). Our efforts are focused primarily on finding loving homes for the many cats that are strays, abused, abandoned, surrendered or impounded. All animals are given medical attention and vaccinated before placement and spayed and neutered if at least four months of age. We are a small shelter comprised of 100% volunteers dedicated to helping homeless cats find their forever families.
