Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Until further notice - Shelter hours: Mon-Fri 9am-3pm, closed Sat and Sun. Adoptions will be by appointment only. Call 810-732-1660

Additional adoption info

Adoption Fees:

Adult Dogs ... $105
Puppies (over 4 months) ... $160
Puppies (under 4 months) ... $135

Genesee County Residents, there is an additional $10 fee for dog licenses.

Adult Cats ... $20
Kittens (over 4 months) ... $65
Kittens (under 4 months) ... $50

** All animals will now be spayed/neutered prior to leaving the shelter.

Due to the recent shut down, GCAC is not open to the public for adoptions.

We are hoping soon the shelter will be able to re-open and get back to business, but for now, we must follow protocol.
