Is this the face that haunts you in your nightmares? If so, you've come to the right place. There's a real terror in Dubois County, and we don't call her Freddy Krueger. Her name is Porsche. I spent a long time trying to think of a way to best phrase Porsche's character to seem virtuous, but I'm falling short. We have a variety of names for her at DCHS, including but not limited to the Mistress of Evil, Bride of Frankenstein, the Spawn of Satan, the world's worst cat, the reason people think black cats are bad luck, and Cerberus in feline form. Here's the thing: Porsche comes across just fine and dandy. Even sweet, at first glance. But she has mood swings worse than your mother in law and wants you to know about it. She wants to be petted, and then she wants you to go away, and she expects to be given the lavish treatment of royalty while she sits on her throne conspiring new ways to torment her loyal subjects. Porsche is never going to be a lap cat or a bed partner. She's always going to have an attitude heartier than a toddler. You'll probably always wonder if she's secretly planning on killing you in your sleep. She'll be a quiet keeper-you may even forget she's there. She'll eat her food, use her litter box, demand an occasional chin scratch, and go about her day of planning the apocalypse and figuring out how to carve out a Ouija board to speak with her next of kin. Porsche will never be your best friend... But you can be hers. And though she would never admit it, she would be quite grateful to have her evil met with love, appreciation, and sustenance.
All cats are litter box trained, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

For Cats: The cost of adoption is $20.00 (cash or check), which includes the spay/neuter, FIV & Felv test (age appropriate), all shots, worming, Microchip, and a goody bag.
