My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kip is a loving little pooch. He loves adults, especially women. Will want to be on your lap. He is small, only 11 lbs.
He stays for extended periods on his own no problem.
We adopted Kip from a shelter when he was about 6mos. old. We have had him for 12 years in 3 different homes. He adapted well.
Our 1st granddaughter has severe allergies, including dogs and cats. We have even tried to board Kip before she comes over, to no avail.
While he is 12 years old - he still acts like a puppy, running around. Can still jump in my cart (SUV) and jump out. When walking with him, people always think he's a puppy.
He has been healthy the entire time we have had him. He's a mixed breed which I think helps in this situation.
