Hi I’m Karen! I’m an approximately 2 year old female. I was brought into the care of Penny’s All-Breed Animal Rescue when owner could no longer look after me and my 7 babies.
I’m a laid back girl who loves catnip toys and to watch TV. I also like to lick/suck on my foster moms arm so she thinks I was taken away from my mother to early. I am fully litter box trained. I am good with kids, but I am not a fan of other cats and dogs. I prefer to be the only animal. 😘
I am a loving girl who would love to watch TV with you.

Submit Application

Completely fill out an adoption application. An incomplete application will delay the entire process.

2.
Interview

Once the application is received, it will be reviewed. At this time, one of our team members will contact you and your references.

3.
Meet the Pet

At this time, one of our team members will contact you to coordinate a meet and greet with the potential family member.

4.
Home Check

Your application will be forwarded to our home check team and they will be in contact with you to set up a home check

5.
Approve Application

If all is approved, a member of our adoption team will be in contact with you to set up a time for you to bring your new furry family member

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

Penny's All-Breed Animal Rescue Inc. (PABAR) is a registered non-profit, volunteer-based, animal rescue. We are a foster based rescue and have animals located in and around the city of Winnipeg. Our sole focus is to rescue animals of various species and breeds from all over our great province of Manitoba. We take in animals (mostly dogs and cats) that have been abandoned, abused or surrendered at no fault of their own. We place them into loving foster homes where they are rehabilitated, whether it is for health reasons, behavioral issues, neglect, or some much needed love and care. They stay with their foster family until they are ready to find their forever homes through our adoption program.
