My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for an emotionally secure, mutually satisfying, low maintenance relationship? I am all you need and I'm a dog on a mission to please you. I'm a fun-loving, happy-all-the-time, glass-is-half-full kind of dog looking for someone who loves to laugh and play around. Must have a great sense of humor and some time to spend with me. Let me sit at your feet, walk by your side, and I'll be your devoted companion forever.

More about this shelter

The Humane Animal Treatment Society (HATS) is a
volunteer, community based organization that exists
to provide a valuable public service in emphasizing the
vital importance of spaying and neutering, and preventing
the suffering and death of countless unwanted animals.
Every adoption is one more step in breaking the chain of
unwanted litters of puppies and kittens from irresponsible,
uncontrolled breeding.

HATS spays or neuters 100% of the animals who are adopted from the shelter. Through adoption fees, the Humane Animal Treatment Society recoups only a fraction of the costs directly related to the treatment of animals while in our care.

Our organization relies on donations to fund these valuable programs and to continue care for our furry friends. The funds we receive help offset medical expenses and assist with the housing and care of shelter animals who are awaiting forever homes.
