Starfire is just a darling baby. She is just as cute as she can be. She is sweet, playful, loves toys, sits, and will work for treats. Starfire is only about 10 months. She arrived at the shelter as a lost pup with ID, but noone came for her, so this cutie needs someone to adopt her. Starfire is about 37 lbs, microchipped, and current on her vaccines. She will be spayed and Combo tested when adopted. Her ID at the shelter is 621673 and she is in cage 301. Please note, all of the pet listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers, not shelter staff. If this pet came in as lost (not an owner surrender), we don't know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, names are oftentimes made up by volunteers. Sweet Cody is an eight month old male Basenji/Labrador-mix who will win you over with his pleasing personality. Quiet and well mannered, Cody will patiently wait for you to leash him before going outside. He loves playing and romping and is quite popular with his play group pals. An active family with another dog would be perfect for Cody. A fenced in yard will keep him safe from wandering. His temperament and medium size make him a wonderful addition to any home with children. He loves snuggling and giving puppy kisses. Cody is very intelligent and learns quickly; he is already housebroken! He craves companionship and love. It is sad to see him sitting alone in his kennel when play time is over.   Bristol is a beautiful, 4-5 year old Basenji/Terrier/Bulldog mix, around 40 lbs. She has a very slender build and gorgeous gray coat.Everyone who meets Bristol loves her personality and especially her big, goofy ears! This girl has so much love we cannot explain in writing how wonderful and loving she truly is. She does not know a stranger, she’s so friendly!She's a very affectionate girl who loves attention, likes chasing tennis balls and playing with other toys. Bristol is completely housebroken and does great in a home.Bristol walks really well on leash and also rides wonderfully in the car. She needs to be the only pet in the home. She was attacked in the past by another dog and since, she doesn't like other dogs to come close to her.
