To be honest I love this dog with everything in me but some sacrifices need to be made at the time and I can’t keep up with him right now. He’s a very kind animal who wouldn’t hurt a fly, loves to be rubbed and loved on.

Story
Waldo is a part Bassett Hound male that was dropped off at our rescue by an unknown person. Waldo has a great sense of humor and has the Bassett Hound ears and long body. He runs so cute and wants to be by you every moment of the day. If you ignore him he will act like true Bassett Hound and bark and howl until you give him your full attention. Waldo is housetrained and will just pitter patter around your home making sure you are close by. We believe Waldo to be approximately 5 years old. His coat is so soft, it is almost like velvet. He has the typical short Bassett legs but that does not keep him from running with the big dogs. If you are looking for a great new friend Mr. Waldo is waiting for your phone call and application. He is neutered and current on all vaccinations. If you would like to visit Waldo, please contact St. Cloud's Rescue at www.stcloudsrescue.org or call 972-679-5319. The first step in adopting from St. Cloud's Rescue is to complete an application. The application may be found OUR WEBSITE (not petfinder.com) at www.stcloudsrescue.org. Please click on the application process, complete and then email it at stcloudsrescue@yahoo.com. Once the application has been sent please call us to confirm that we have received it. St.Cloud's Rescue maintains the right to deny applications to anyone for any reason we see fit. St. Cloud Rescue is a non-profit 501-c-3 organization. St. Clouds Rescue requires new owners to purchase a one year supply of heartworm preventative from us, which is at cost. We require a home visit prior to all placements. All our dogs must be microchipped at a cost of $20.00. There is a $200.00 donation fee. All dogs adopted through St Clouds Rescue must be indoor pets.

As a hound he’s very interested in field mice, squirrels, rabbits and armadillos. Recently he jumped in the water a boat dock as shorter route to go investigate what other dogs were doing. Story
She is a basset hound mixed with an attention hound! She loves to be around her people. We think MaryBell had a hard life as a pup, as such....she is very sensitive to corrections, and you can tell it hurts her feelings. Her forever home will need to be patient and understanding with her when it comes to training her. She has a silly personality that is sure to bring joy to your life!
