Story
Angie is currently living in a foster home in Milton, Wisconsin.
Meet Angie! This adorable short, long bodied girl was found in Houston, pregnant and with one of her older puppies. They were saved just in time because Angelina had 5 beautiful babies 2 days later. Their new foster moms could tell neither dog had much interaction with people and were terrified of their new surroundings, but with a lot of love and patience, they began to trust their new caretakers. Fast forward 2 months and it's now Angie's turn to find her forever home. Her children already have placements and she's hoping she'll catch someone's eye! Angie likes women most, but warms up to men with a few extra treats. She'd do best in a home with children 12 and over. She LOVES other dogs and would do best in a home where there are other confident but well mannered dogs for her to play with and continue to gain confidence. She is good with cats. Angie has overcome a lot in her time with her foster family! She loves attention and pets! Angie's favorite things to do are playing tag in the yard with her foster dog family, enjoying a nice bone to chew on, squeaking tennis balls, and she also loves her food and going for walks. Angie is working on getting into a consistent routine with house training and communicating her needs with humans. With a little patience and understanding, we know she'll do great. She is ready to find her loving family. We love her and know you will too!

Wisconsin applications are priority, but Illinois applications will be considered if no small children are present in the home, the home is owned, and excellent vet reference can be provided. We cannot process applications from other states.
Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once
approved a meet and greet with the dog. Please note that preference is given to adopters in
Wisconsin, but Illinois adoptions will be considered. will be considered. Adoption fee is $250.
