November is Adopt a Senior Pet Month! So I want to present Guthrie McMoose. A four-toothed, overweight, belly-band wearing snuggle bug. He is crate trained and house broken (as long as his schedule is maintained). He wears a belly band in the house for leg lifting purposes but will bark at 7am when He needs to go out to poo... and then will dance for breakfast and treats! He is SO goofy and fun to watch. Like a tan and white armadillo with long ears. He loves loves loves big cats, spilling out of cat beds, and soft blankets. He is great with little dogs, too. Pretty much anything his size is acceptable. Please let this little guy become part of your family. He loves walks, car rides, and slobbering on chew sticks. #meetguthrie #adoptaseniorpet #funsize #yeshesnores. Sophie is a sweet, 2-year-old beagle mix that I took in temporarily due to her owner going into a long-term care facility and no longer being able to care for her. She also comes from a hoarding situation, so when we first got her, she was afraid to walk on the hardwood floor or use the stairs. She has come so far in the last week and now moves about the house freely and follows us wherever we go! The only reason we need to rehome her soon is due to her not getting along with my 5lb. morkie. We are having to keep our morkie separated from Sophie, and it is getting more and more difficult to do this because both pups cry whenever they are left alone. Sophie is very good about using the bathroom outside, and she is the cuddliest pup we have ever met! She will show her new owner so much love and affection, and that is all she seems to want in return. We later found out that she has never been vaccinated or spayed, so we are working on having that done for her soon.

Pachino is a 4 year old Beagle that our family rescued in Hawaii. He loved long walks on the beach and being outdoors. We’re a military family and we have moved to Alabama and became busy with jobs and kid activities that has left Pachino neglected and frustrated. He’s been in a kennel for long hours when we’re at work and he needs someone that can take him out on walks and give him attention. I would recommend older kids around him however our son has been around him since he was a toddler and he has never bit him. He does love food and can become naughty to get it but he’s very loving once he gets the right attention. He loves to play! Anyone who has an active lifestyle would love to have him. Sadie and Lexi are losing their home. It is urgent we find them a forever home. They are very sweet girls and have perfect temperaments. They do like giving kisses, are happy sitting with their human, and are both potty trained. They are very bonded as you can see by the pictures and need to stay together. They are up to date on vaccinations and heartworm prevention. Both girls were spayed as puppies and are now 2 years old. Please fill out the application if you are interested in having these two beautiful girls as a part of your family. They are indoor with outdoor playtime and need a fenced in yard in their new home. One of the girls has some allergies which should be easily maintained and mainly occurs during the summer. They are both around 30 lbs good with other dogs, cats, and children.

Meet Reba! Her beauty is as big as her voice. She is the mom to the nine beautiful country music babies. This sweet lady was brought to the shelter with her babies when they were only a few weeks old and we were so lucky that their foster gave them a chance and I will now they’ll know the comfort of a loving home. Reba was a fantastic mom and is now ready for a home of her own.Everybody gets along fantastic with other dogs and it’s fine with people of all ages. She is a little weary at first because she obviously did not have a wonderful past, but when she gained your trust, she will be very loyal. Reba has the nose of a hound and the spirit of a survivor. Please consider giving this mama just one more chance.
