I'm Newp ! I am 22 lbs. of happiness and they say I'm a Beagle mix. I am neutered, very healthy and I am only 7 years old. I like hanging out with the cat and the Chihuahua (my buddy) who live in this house. I don't think I have been socialized because I don't like all dogs and I don't like critters in the yard!!! I just like hanging out with a family and cuddling. Cuddling is my favorite thing. Otherwise, I am a thinker and these people say I am really smart. I get anxious with loud noises and people outside but treats can divert my attention so I can be a good boy. I am looking for the right happy, loving family to move in with. Bubba is a gentle loving 10 years old bagel hound! He does well with people and other dogs. We adopted him 3 years ago from a local shelter they told us he was about 7. We have a baby on the way and a small apartment with no yard. We are looking for someone ideally with a yard, or even just more time to give him the attention he needs. He suffers from mild epilepsy and is prone to irregular seizures, we have consulted. He also exhibited some separation anxiety after we adopted him, but this has subsided over time. This lovable guy is always ready to snuggle in bed, and will go crazy for some boiled sweet potato. Bubba has been to all his regular checkups and is up to date on all his shots. Aside from the aforementioned issues he is in good health. We have grown very attached to Bubba, but with our crazy work schedules as well as a baby on the way, we simply don't have the time to give him the attention he needs and deserves. We want him to live a long happy life and in a good home.

He is expected to be in the 30-40lbs range when full grown. We received an email that a home had intercepted a puppy from someone taking him to the shelter and they just wanted to make sure he went to a good place and not the shelter. We agreed to take him in. Handsome is very friendly, outgoing, energetic, definitely likes to be with his people or his “pack”. He has started potty training and has a great foundation. He goes out almost every hour and that will be lessened over time. He loves running around and playing outside. Handsome has been fostered with other dogs and does great! He's going to be a great option to join another dog in his new home or be his people's one and only. He is going to be a dog who can go to the dog park or doggy day camp or even to work with his mom or dad, once he has all of his shots and is of age. He has that kind of temperament. He is a puppy and loves to chew Bully stick and toys! He’s learning that fingers and toes are not proper chew toys. Welcome to puppyhood. He has two modes, energetic and snuggler. He does like to snuggle with us on the couch and he likes to lick your face. Handsome also lives with cats. In both his foster homes he has had cats. So he'll be a cat friendly, dog loving, people adoring kinda pooch for his new home. He is currently sleeping in an x-pen at night. He’s reluctant at first but then settles in for the night. Handsome is only an option for those who have had a dog of their own in the last 3 years. If there are children in the home they need to be over the age of 8 and dog savvy.

He weighs under 15lbs. He was rescued from a local shelter, so we don’t know too much about his background before he came to our rescue. But he has won over the heart of everyone who has met him! He would be perfect for someone who knows that good things come in small packages and loves little dogs. Stuart Little will do everything with you, from going on long walks and playing a fun game of fetch or chase, to cuddling up with you and keeping you company while you are working on the computer or making dinner. At his foster home, he currently sits with his foster sis while she does her online classes. He is definitely a little cuddle monster. He’s also not a barker - he only barks when other dogs bark first! He would be perfect for someone who lives in an apartment or condo whose neighbors won’t be able to tolerate too much barking. Stuart Little is learning the command, 'Leave It' as he hears fairly often when he decides to playfully chase the cat in his foster home. He also is learning, 'Sit' and 'Stay'. He's a super smart little dude. He has proven to be a quick little learner, and with a dog savvy owner, he will thrive and surely learn so many obedience commands and tricks! Stuart Little loves dogs. He is an option to go to a home with another dog or go to doggy day camp or the dog park. He's an option to go play in the neighborhood with friend's dogs. He was a huge hit at the shelter because he got along with everyone he met. He knows how to woo the 2 legged and the 4 legged. Stuart Little is an option for a home that has had a dog of their own as an adult. If there are children in your household, they need to be over the age of 8.
