Due to very unfortunate life changing circumstances Puff and Karma will need a new home. Puff is a 25 lb. Puggle. Puff is a Purebread puggle. Karma is a 75lb. Pit mixed with Chocolate Lab. Both are very affection, love to play, have fun and cuddle. Both are spayed and neutered, have all their shots and have had teeth cleaned every year by vet. Puff is an A+++ on the leash. Karma is a B+++ on the leash. Both do not pull. Puff is prone to ear infections about once a year and has allergies. However, they still have the energy of young pups and would make great first pets for a young kids or retirees. Both are house trained and understand the following commands: Sit, Stay, Lay Down, Up, Down, Rollover, Jump, Go Outside, Go Bathroom, Cage or Go to Sleep in which they will run to their crates. Please only contact if you believe you can provide a good long term home for them both together. But I understand this may not be an option, so I am open to thoughts. Thank You.

Story
Meet Benny. He is about 3 1/2 years old. Benny is a Beagle mixed with Corgi or possible Dachshund. Benny was very timid of people when first rescued. With the help of the other dogs in his foster home, he is doing much better. Benny is potty trained. He sleeps in a corral without making a peep. He has learned to walk well on a leash and sit. Benny can still be a bit jumpy with new noises. Benny looks to other dogs for confidence. Benny would do best and continue to thrive in another home with a dog around his size. Benny is 17 pounds. The dogs in his current pack range from 10-40 pounds and he does great with all of them. Once Benny feels comfortable with his people then he is quite the cuddle bug and loves to get pets and attention. Would not recommend small children their playfulness may be a bit too scary for him at this stage. For more information contact Tamara 925-642-6496 or email animalrescuerecon@gmail.com. If curious about one of the foster dogs housed with Benny look up Boston those two are play buddies Animal Rescue Recon makes sure that each dog is current on its vaccinations, has been or will be spayed or neutered, and is microchipped to help keep pets out of the shelters and get them back home where they belong. For more information or to schedule an appointment to meet Benny contact Animal Rescue Recon 925-392-7654 - Since all of our adoptable pets are currently in foster homes, please contact Animal Rescue Recon to set up an appointment for a meet and greet. If there is already a dog or children in the home, please plan on bringing them too. - Pictures of secured fencing is required for all Animal Rescue Recon dogs unless approved for apartment living. - If you rent a home or apartment we need to review your lease agreement to verify pets are allowed upon adoption.

Story
My friend found this cutey by the river a year and some months ago. We estimate he’s about 2-4 years old. He’s a great couch potato but an even better adventure partner. He loves trail walks and runs. Great amount of energy, perfect travel size, and for the most part stays close to you. Sometimes the occasional squirrel will look too good, however, and distract him, but with a little practice he does great coming back right away. He doesn’t care for other dogs, or toys, he’s such a people pleaser. He can be territorial over his food bowls, since he was a stray prior to living with us. But otherwise he’ll wear a sweater, sits while you wipe his feet off after going outside on wet dirt, still getting used to car rides but loves to just be there with you, race you, climb with you, swim with you.

Story
I know you want to play. I'm here to help. Tanner is an irrepressibly happy, energetic beagle mix that loves nothing better than chasing a toy and playing tug with you. He also enjoys snuggling up on the couch or in bed when it's time to rest. His relatively small size and friendly nature make him a great companion in a home with children or others who enjoy playing with him. He loves going for walks and car rides - even to the vet! This fellow is 5 years old and is up to date on his vaccinations, has had regular checkups, has a microchip and has been neutered. Tanner also enjoys playing with other dogs; but his competitive nature indicates he would be best suited for a family with no other males; or perhaps a single-dog family.
