Louie is a fun dog with a lot of love to give. Louie is a cuddler and has a blanket he drags around with him (should have been named Linus lol). According to his most recent vet visit he is in pretty good health. He would do best with a family who is home with him often. Louie experiences separation anxiety but recently started taking prozac and being crate trained. He has been known to pee on items when left for longer than a weekend however the crate training and prozac seem to be helping.

Story
We rescued Trix a few years ago because she had been turned in by her previous family for "not getting along with their new cat." We brought her into our home with four kids (all under the age of 10) and three other dogs. She gets cranky with new dogs initially, but warms up to them over time and gets along with them great. Trix is very food motivated and not quiet! She loves to bay/bark in the back yard and wines (loudly and excessively) when she is ready to come back in. We live in a house with a big back yard and patient neighbors, so it hasn't been a problem. However, due to personal reasons, I am being forced to sell my house and move into my friends house, which is a rental. The rental agency does not allow more than two dogs and my friend has a dog already. I've found homes for my other two, but cannot find a home for Trix due to her noisy nature. She is not destructive of property, but will eat any food she can find! Very sweet girl toward kids and adults alike.

Meet Baby Girl. She is a miniature Beagle and is approximately 7 years old. Baby Girl is a very sweet girl. She is shy when first meeting strangers. Once she knows you, however, she is a real cuddle bug. She loves to be doted on. Baby Girl would do best in a home that doesn't have young children or a lot of activity. She is small and can easily be stepped on. She enjoys spending time in the sun, but she doesn't like to be outside after dark. If you are interested in adding Baby Girl to your family, please contact Painted Paws Rescue Ranch. Her adoption fee is a $250 tax deductible contribution to our Spay/Neuter fund.

This is an amazing dog for a dog owner familiar with Beagles. She is unbelievably friendly and patient with children, strangers, and other dogs. She has many classic beagle traits that have made it difficult for our family. She barks nonstop and would do best somewhere she could be free to do so. She also has allergies And skin conditions that are beyond our ability to treat. She has a small growth on her neck that is pictured.
