Story
I adopted Layla about 2 months ago and she is very free spirited and energetic and all she wants to do is please people. She is about 5 years old, but has a lot of younger energy. She can run around and play all day and then cuddle on the couch or bed at night. She sleeps fully through the nights and just wants to be touching you the whole time. I am looking for a home for her that can suit her active energy. When you are playing with her, she must stay on a long line or in a yard with a fence (can be lower) with no holes to escape from as she loves to sniff and follow that scent. She gets along great with other dogs, kids, cats, and everything in between. She gets very excited with all these new people and just wants all their attention. I would describe Layla best as people pleasing, fun-loving, energetic, and friendly.

Ms Patty was rescued from Animal Control and oh is she a jewel.  She is super sweet Est DOB 7/3/19 The standard adoption fee is $150, but it may vary depending on the situation and the animal. This includes vetting such as shots, spaying or neutering, microchipping, deworming, and heartworm testing if the animal is over six months of age. Please note****  We are a volunteer organization.  Adoption events are held every Saturday 10-2 at our facility located st 2049 Badin Rd.  Most of our animals are in foster homes.  Please contact the foster if you would like to meet one of our rescues.   You may complete an application for approval to start the adoption process at www.stanlycountyhumanesociety.org, under the 'Adoption' tab. Jasmine was dumped at the highest kill shelter in the country at 9 years old! This sweet senior adores being on a lap and snuggling. She is an easy laid back girl. She really loves kids as well. She was likely an only dog her whole life and doesn't seem to enjoy other dogs. SHe would do best in a home where she is an only pup. She is house and potty trained.
