Hiccup had a bit of a hiccup in his life when he found himself abandoned at a shelter. He doesn't know why his family no longer wants him. He was scared and nervous at first but quickly coming out of his shell. He weighs 53 pounds and is jumpy and excitable. He happily leads the way while on a leash and is curious and wants to explore. He knows the sit command. He is alert and suspicious of strangers. He doesn't trust people he doesn't know so he'll need to live with kids at least 12 years old. He is interested in his shelter neighbors but we haven't seen him interact with another dog. We don't know yet if he is house trained. He is timid but friendly. He loves being petted. Please consider making handsome Hiccup part of your family. (tw 5/1/2024)

Both dogs found together. Tried keeping one with me and one in my sisters house & you could tell they missed each other A LOT. Nobody claimed them in over a month, and have no tags. The beagle, Rocco is what we’ve been calling him, is super cute and gentle. He has some type of rash I am trying to deal with, but have no money to help. :( I know for a fact it’s not contagious cause the other dog does not have it. The other dog seems like a dachshund mix, Mosha is what we’ve been calling her, is also super cute. She smiles all the time. They’re both amazing with my three year old nephew, and very loving. Wish I could keep them, but my dad doesnt allow me to so i would love to see them go with a loving family. I have three more weeks to find them a house or will have to take them to a center.

Hi! I'm Fisher. I'm a very playful dude who is good with dogs and cats. I've never met any kids but I feel like I'd do best with the older kid crowd. I'm working on potty training right now as I was found on the street and I'm not used to that but I'm catching on pretty quick. I LOVE my crate and have no issues getting in there when my foster mom has to leave for a little bit. I'm also learning to sit and have manners. I would love a home that would give me tons of belly rubs and play time!

My name is BB and I was very afraid of humans before I was trapped. I am now very used to being around my foster family and foster brother. I enjoy being petted especially around the ears. I am known as a senior and may be around 11 years old. I like to have my own space and like to sleep in my crate or on a soft dog bed. My foster mom says I am very sweet and low key. But I am not good with cats. I want to chase them. I like to go outside and am potty trained. ( and I don't mind the rain and thunder) I love to lie in the sun. I love it when I potty for the last time at night because I know my foster mom is going to give me a treat for going into my crate. I love treats! I also like to go to sleep early. If you want a quiet, loyal dog I'm your girl!
