Sammie is a beagle/hound mix dumped in Shilo. She’s a sweet pup but really really needs a foster or new owners to work with her on manners, walking on a leash and house training. All she’s ever known is living in the brush and now in the kennel environment.The adoption fee is $100 for each dog.  This includes a rebate for spaying/neutering if the dog is not old enough to be altered already. (These prices are subject to change without notice.) Sorry only Texas residents' applications will be considered.

Story
Mimzy is a well mannered dog who is getting up in age. She still likes to play (loves squeeky toys) and will happily chase a laser. She came to us as an unwanted pet from a former friend of the family. Was only supposed to stay with us for a weekend, but the family who previously owned her wanted a bigger dog. She will snarl and go after other dogs as she is becoming more territorial. (Her only fault really). Wife and son no longer wish to have her in the house. She does not exhibit bad behaviors when I am home. She will walk on a leash and does not bother cats at all.
