Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Important update on Buddy:  After being terrified in the shelter and then spending a month with his trainer thanks to K Kids and then a few weeks with his foster family, Buddy is in desperate need of a specific kind of foster home or forever home.  Buddy is sweet and loving and can get along with humans and other dogs BUT he is a serious resource guarder of his favorite person and his food.  Thus he MUST have a forever home preferably with only one adult but at any rate an adult or a pair of adults who know how to strictly observe the trainer's rules for Buddy's own good.  Buddy can lash out out of fear so he must be managed carefully to bring out the best he can be!  That means no sleeping in the big bed, and no jumping up and down on furniture.  He is an incredibly loving little boy and will be just fine in the right home.  He is eager to please, is extremely affectionate and is really great with other dogs as long as they don't try to eat his food and are chill.  His foster parents love him dearly but their setup is just too relaxed for Buddy...he needs more structure and discipline.   Please contact us for more information to see if you are right for Buddy...oh how he needs you!  Fill out a foster or an adoption information and let's get Buddy where he needs to be.    PS. This is Buddy..maybe a single owner is better than a couple so I don't resource guard my mama? Just a thought...woof and I love you already!    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Story
I am no longer able to keep this sweet dog due to new landlord not accepting pets. I have tried social media and craigslist to find a suitable home and no one has taken him. I have to have a new place for him by October 30 and if I don't find a loving home I will have to surrender him to a shelter and in my location it is not a no kill shelter.
