Story
Jax was originally a stray that was picked up on the streets of North Carolina before he moved up to Maryland! He's around 3 years old and is looking for a new home since, due to job commitments, I'm not able to take care of him and train him to the level that he deserves. We live in an apartment, so he's not able to spend as much time outside as I want him to. On top of that, with my work schedule he's home alone during the day, and I'm not able to take him to a doggy daycare due to financial constraints. I love him very much, and he's been well taken care of, I just believe that someone else is able to give him a better suited home. Pros about Jax: - Very friendly towards people, loves everyone and wants to kiss them - High energy, very eager to learn! - Loves to play - Tolerates baths! Negatives about Jax: - Needs training to be the perfect dog (knows basic commands (sit, stay, down)) - Will bark at other dogs while on walks until he's able to smell them and pull on the leash
