PROCESS: 1) Application (twobitchesrescue.com) 2) Phone Interview 3) Home Visit 4) If no red flags, then you will come to us for the meet and greet with the dog! 5) If it goes well, then you will be able to adopt ***Also, we do NOT adopt to those wanting outdoor only, free roaming or permanently in an outdoor kennel or tie out! Some of these beautiful creatures have been through hell, and we do not want to set you or the dog up for failure. Adopting a rescue dog takes time and patience and sometimes tears. They are worth it, every single minute of it. Trip was surrendered to our rescue because the owner is a single mom, working very long hours and young children that are a priority. She loved him, but realized he needed more attention and work that she could not provide at this time.

They are worth it, every single minute of it. Abby is a sweet girl, who had been left to languish with a horrible skin condition, we took her in and had her properly vetted, and she is healing very well, and feeling so much better. Her fur is growing back and she's so very soft. She will need proper, slow introductions with other dogs, but we feel she would be fine. A quieter home is what we are seeking for this girl.

They are worth it, every single minute of it. Shelby came to us 1 days after having a litter of 4 surviving puppies, she was actually being dumped while she was in labor, but due to the distance a person was found to allow her to have her puppies before being transported to rescue. She had a healthy delivery and is an exceptional mom. For being allegedly 10 years old, she neither looks it or acts it, she is very happy and active and loves to run and play. She's in a foster home currently with kids that are very active, and other dogs whom she loves to play with. Once the puppies are old enough, she will be spayed and brought up to date on vaccines
