1st STEP -- Applications completed www.scftx.org **Special Needs** ADOPTABLE!! Lizzy is a 4 yo partial albino or white Doberman. —>Please DO NOT apply for her because of her looks alone. Lizzy is spayed, vaccinated, on hw preventative and chipped. She gets along with other dogs and is house broken, using a doggie door. This color of Doberman can come with problems, since it began with inbreeding years ago. Lizzy spins a lot and is extremely hard headed 🤪 Someone tried to do a home crop job on her ear and it was left hard and lumpy from hematomas. Her hearing is off a tad because of it. She still has her tail. She has light blue eyes that are photosensitive so she must not be made to stay outside. She is one of the challenging dogs here at SCF, but with an EXPERIENCED dog owner, she will do well. * Her blue eyes are very sensitive and she MUST NOT be made to stay out side. she spins She will need an experienced dog owner. Not good with children or older adults A secure fenced yard is required for her safety. Adoption fee is $150. She is adoptable within 3 hours of Granbury, Tex. Applications can be found at www.scftx.org

Story
Dazey was adopted from the Irvine, TX Humane Society and now we have to move and cannot take her with us. She is very sweet spayed, female mix breed. I think because of her stay at the shelters is why she is extra cautious of new things and some objects. Once you show her, gets to smell she is fine. She is good for a car trip to Lowe's. She is a great destroyer of cardboard boxes, we give her our Amazon boxes and she shreds them and they fit nicely into recycle containers. She loves it! She also really loves loves playing with other dogs and bouncing balls. She is an extremely fast runner! You still have to watch her, she is still got some puppy behavior; but listens well and when told no or stop. She learned tricks very quickly, she can sit, shake with both paws, lay down, jump up in the air. Would love to find a home with another medium to large dog with maybe children that are 10 years +. She is active and still bumps all into you, might be too much a toddler.
