This beautiful girl is Glena. Glena loves everyone she meets and has never met a stranger. She’s a German Shepherd mix approximately 2-3 years old. With her never having a real family she had no concept of human play, but now knows about tennis balls and goes crazy with them by herself...throws and catches alone but is realizing it is fun for her to share them with her people too. Found as a stray she had no training or understanding of how to be someone’s pet/family member but with the love and guidance from her foster family, she has blossomed and learned so much! Glena now knows the verbal commands: sit, kennel, come, outside, no, release, leave it. She is great with other dogs and is fine around cats,but will chase them if they run. Glena is very good with kids..likes to play and be petted by them, but would need supervision with small children as she still has puppy spirit in her! She is not a barker and if she does all you have to say is "enough.” Glena would love a big family because of that puppy side of her and her energy; but she would also enjoy life with a single person that was active or was willing to take her to a dog park for some of her energy. Glena is forever home ready!
