Guinevere "Gwinny" - Female, Bichon Frise, born 04/27/14, 13.3 pounds Spayed Microchipped UTD on Vaccinations Bordetella Flea/Heartworm Preventative No heart or other health issues REQUIREMENTS: Physical Fenced Yard Patient Home Another Dog in Home Guinevere came from a life of breeding and is shy with people. She needs a patient home where they are willing to take things slow while she builds her confidence. She is sweet once she warms up, but it takes time with new people. Please don't judge Guinevere by her pics. She came to us shaven so she needs time for her hair to grow back. She is still working on house training but is doing very well with it. She has no accidents during the night while in bed with her foster mom. She does require a physically fenced yard so she can safely do her business. Until she learns to trust you, she will be a run risk. She would do best with another dog in the house to show her the ropes and show her that everything is ok. She has found most of her courage by following the lead of the other dogs in her foster home. Due to Guinevere's shyness, loud or disrespectful children may upset her. She has not been cat tested. Coming from this past life, Gwinny may not be the easiest transition. She will take time and a lot of patience in a new home to adjust. Once she does, she's an absolute joy! Since we are 100% foster based rescue, only APPROVED applications will be contacted to set up a meet and greet with the fur baby. We do not allow shipping and do not transport so you must be able to come to O'Fallon, Illinois area for meet and greet/adoption. Thank you
