My husband used to have this cat and then we adopted him when his last owner could not keep him anymore. We think he is 11 years old. I would like a loving home for him that can take care of his health needs and love on him. He is a little shy at first but warms up quickly to cat lovers. He loves to sit on my lap and is very affectionate. He warmed up to me very quickly when I met him. Within a day, it was like I had this cat for years. He is really very sweet, just has some health issues that are common to cats his age. He likes to play with his toy mice sometimes. He is talkative with his meows and is declawed on his front claws, and also has been neutered. He gets kind of needy at times, but he is precious and doesn’t seem to know his own strength. He is a rather large fluffy kitty, especially his tail. We just want a kind, loving home for our boy who was named after the Boston Red Sox, but he is also a red cat. He doesn’t do well in cat carriers, though.
