Story
Brantley is a goofy 9 year old Black and Tan Coonhound. He is very active but also very snuggly and sometimes even thinks hes a lap dog, even though he is 80lbs! Brantley has never shown aggression towards people and gets along great with the other dogs in the house but displays aggression towards unfamiliar dogs. Brantley loves to be outside and loves to run around in the yard. He needs a home with a fence or invisible fence due to his curiosity and desire to wander!

Story
Bert is one handsome fellow! This 3 year old boy is waiting patiently in the Waterloo area for his forever home. Bert's ideal weight should be about 75 lbs. Bert is learning house manners and leash walking. He plays well with the other dogs in the backyard and loves chasing them, being chased by them and zooming away! Then a nap is in order, curled up on the couch with his foster folks for some TV. Bert has not challenged the chain link fence. Bert is shy when first approached by people, but warms up quickly. He’s a bit skittish of loud noises and is not a fan of urban life; he is much happier away from traffic noises and speeding cars. NO cats, please. Bert is currently crated for bedtime and while his foster folks are at work. Story
Bob is a sweet 18 month old Black and Tan Coonhound boy waiting in the Indianapolis area for his new home. He is at healthy weight at about 55 pounds. He is working on housetraining and is doing really well. He is very smart and eager to learn. Bob is good with the many other dogs in his foster home. He is good with children, although may be too much for very young ones if they aren't used to being around larger dogs. He loves to snuggle on the couch or in bed. He loves to play tug of war with the other dogs or people and to run in the backyard and sniff every inch of the fence row every day (in case something changed over night). He mastered the doggie door his first day at the foster home. Bob would be happiest in a house with another dog or two and a yard to play in. He would not do well in an apartment or condo because he is a vocal coonie, and he has no "indoor voice". He isn't an excessive barker, but he expresses himself when he thinks he needs to. Bob would love to go on car rides and walks or hikes. He would be very happy accompanying his people wherever they go.
