Story
I have had Catalina for about 9 years. She has always been the only animal so is a little standoffish around other animals. She would rather not socialize with any other cats and dogs. Always been a very sweet loving cat though! She is a runt so is a smaller cat. Unfortunately, ever since I became pregnant she has been having behavioral issues now. It’s been a very hard decision but I can no longer keep her due to our new circumstances. I have taken her to the vet and they have to believe it is behavioral due to my pregnancy.

Story
Meowzer was found in my brother’s backyard. He was part of a litter of 6. His mother returned for all the kittens except him. He was only about a week. We decided to adopt him so we bottle fed him since he was so small. He’s about 11 months now. He is neutered, microchipped and had his rabies vaccine. He stays indoors but likes to venture out on our balcony for some fresh air when it’s cool. I’m currently pregnant and can not care for him as I once could as it is dangerous for me and my baby to clean up after him and I am also concerned that he will want to jump into the baby’s bassinet once he is born. He plays well with my two girls. He likes his alone time but also loves to cuddle. He is trained to not jump onto tables or counters. I occasionally dog sit my moms chihuahua and they play well together. We want to find him a loving home rather than turn him into a shelter. We will provide the litter box, litter, food and bowls for him.

Story
My cat's name is Blackie, I got him back in 2014 when it was a kitten. It is affectionate, due to my job, I have to give up on him. We were not able to cut his nails, it frightened him so we let it go.

Story
I adopted Dexter from the Harris County Animal shelter a little over two months ago. He caught my eye and he was soo sweet. He was a stray, so they estimated he was around 8 months old when I adopted him. He’s the sweetest kitty I’ve ever had and it breaks my heart that I have to let go. I want to make sure he’s going to a good home. He loves my other cat, but I’m not sure how he does with kids He’s very gentle so I’m very confident in him. Every time he jumps when he gets scared he does a little half back flip. Sometimes he walks like a leopard and being all black makes it super cute. He loves being pet everywhere. He doesn’t bite at all. Whoever gets him is soo lucky.

Story
Three kittens around 2-3 weeks of age were found in The Woodlands by a lady. She posted on Facebook she couldn't take care of them so I took them in a cared for them. In order to keep up with their shots and vet care, I became a foster through OPA. One kitten has already been adopted, two more are still seeking adoptions. They are between 3-4 months old now. They were bottle fed until around 1 month or so then they started on soft kitten food when they developed teeth. Now they are eating both hard crunchy bits of cat food and soft canned foods as well as house trained (they use a litter box). They are updated on all their shots. Don't let their scary faces fool you because they are the sweetest and cutest mini panthers you can find. They are both sleeping curled up next to me right now as I type. They love to purr especially when they get their faces and head rubbed. I do hope they get adopted together but I will take any loving home for them even if they have to be separated. If you love black cats, you will love these two rambunctious cuties.
