Cookie is a beautiful Bombay mix black female born approximately 4/29/2019. This little girl is one smart cookie! Cookie is one of those kids who skipped a few grades and went straight to community college as a young kitten. A volunteer found her on campus and rescued her from tons of horrible homework during summer school. She is cautious and inquisitive, yet silly and sweet. She wants to know what you are doing and be where you are, but on her terms. She will happily eat Temptations treats out of your hand, chase the laser dot, and murder the Da Bird feather toy. She gravitates to other kitties - likely feeling safer around them rather than humans initially. Her adoptive family will need to be very patient and understand she will take time to feel safe and relax. A home with young children may not be ideal as she will likely thrive in a calmer environment.  Cookie loves to lay on the cat tree and look out the window, chase the laser toy, and help you get your fast food out of the bag. She’s not demanding and is low key. She would likely be a great companion for another cat. Cookie is currently in a foster home and her adoption fee is $105. Harmony was dumped on my street with a littler of kittens before Thanksgiving. She's had her first round of shots and will be spayed and have her final round of shots on 2.3.2020. The vet estimated her at under a year, somewhere around 10 months to a year. Harmony is super sweet and affectionate with people! She will put her paws on my knee when she wants me to focus on her and so I can pick her up for a quick cuddle. She had a rough go with some nearby feral cats before I found her and can be a little bit snippy with other cats. She'd be totally fine with other young cats, but older cats (like my large male) aren't so keen. I think she'd be fine with a dog that was pretty laid back and wasn't a cat chaser. She's been around my friend's 4.5 year old a lot and interacts and plays with no issue. She's barely out of being a kitten, she's still very playful and she really wants to be with people. She's a really great cat and very sweet.
