Story
Domino and Solitaire were adopted by us in 2009 through Purrfect Pals. That puts them at just over 10 years old. They are litter mates and have been with each other since birth. It is our intention to find a home that can take both of them so they can remain together. They have lived indoors since we adopted them. Domino is your typical lap cat. She loves to cuddle up on the couch for a good movie. Solitaire is more of the athletic type. She loves getting her runs in fetching after toys. These two are great with adults and children. The decision has been very difficult but my wife and I just had our first child recently and we just have not been able to give these two the attention they deserve. We are hoping to find a loving family that can provide these two amazing cats the stimulation they need.

Story
On Tuesday, I am moving from Kirkland (where I was Caretaking my 85 year-old mother), to Coupeville, where my 86 year-old father lives - he is allergic to cats, and he just was given a cancer diagnosis, with 1-4 years to live. Mom is now in an Adult Family Home, where she can't have a cat. Sunny is a beautiful, sweet, loving, petite and cuddly cutie, trained not to jump on countertops. I am heartbroken I have to do this, but Dad comes before Cat in my priority system. Story
I have had my beloved Celtie for almost 16 years now, so it breaks my heart to have to rehome her but I have no choice. About a year ago I had to move to Los Angeles for work reasons and couldn’t bring Celtie with me (partially because I could not have cats where I would be living and partially because I didn’t think a large move to a new place with a very different climate would be healthy for an aging cat). Therefore she moved in with my parents. For the past year she has lived with them and things have gone fine, but my parents are very busy and their own business and work takes them away from home very often. Therefore it has come to point where they can no longer give her the care and attention she needs. This means that I unfortunately need to find her a new home. She would be perfect for an older couple or person that wants a companion, but they cannot commit to caring for an animal for the 20 years, but rather only the next 2 to 4 years.
