I'm not 100% about the breed, as we found this guy as a stray. As this is the case, we would be willing to help cover the adopt a pet fee. We can discuss this if you're interested. We found him on our doorstep one day as a puppy. It was raining and my stone heart towards pets melted quickly. He was quick to learn (as much as we taught him) and loves to go on walks. He is crate trained and loves to get belly pats. We've had him for 5 years, and he has been such a blessing to me and my wife. We don't walk him as much as he'd like, so he has gotten a little chubby since he was neutered. He loves to give licks but will stop if you tell him to. Words I would use to describe Barkley: Loving, Low Maintenance, Happy, and playful. He will use as much energy as you give him an opportunity to, and I think would be a great first dog for a family.
