Hugh Jackman is a handsome, 6 year old Border Collie mix male that weighs 73 pounds and is as loving as can be.  This boy lost his forever mom when she died recently and he found himself being brought to the shelter by her family.  He was so sad and really depressed to be there.  Seems that mostly the young and puppy-like dogs leave first.  Critter Cavalry Rescue saw a wonderful middle-aged soul in Jackman and knew he would be perfect for some empty nesting couple or even a young couple who doesn’t want puppy energy in their home.  Hugh  Jackman is a good boy with just the right amount of medium energy and loads of snuggles and cuddles. If you love a gentle giant then Hugh Jack is the one for you!!!   He is a handsome black and white boy that never meets a stranger and is great with dogs and cats alike.  What’s not to love about HUGH JACKMAN!  Please contact ccrtennessee@gmail.com about Jack if you are interested in giving him a future again…a long term future. She likes to bark at cats so maybe not as friendly as she could be toward them. She seems to get along well with other dogs after slow introductions.
