Tiny Tim is a 5 year old Boston Terrier who came to us with his brother Mitchell when their owner got ill and could no longer care for them. He is new to our program so we are still learning things about him. What we do know by the information we were given is that he loves kids, is house trained with supervision, and gets along with other dogs. Like most Boston Terrrier's he is full of energy. Tiny Tim has received his yearly vaccinations, has been heartworm tested, started a heartworm preventative, and treated for fleas, ticks and intestinal parasites. Our animals are spayed/neutered, UTD on shots, and treated for ticks, & fleas. I am just young thing so I still have some energy stored up to supply the state of California's power. I would fit in an apartment home but daily exercise will be required. I have heard it said, I might be good for agility courses. Just a thought. I am in the doggie play yards and I can play for hours and hours. I zoom around like nobody's business! I am a good playmate for anyone who is my size or bigger. I play pretty rough so someone bigger might be ideal. We are looking for pet parents that provide vet care such as routine vaccines for their pets and heartworm prevention for dogs. Please understand we do cross check vet references and landowners/landlord policies and cannot process applications with incomplete or incorrect information. We asked that you take your newly adopted dog for a vet exam in the first 30 days to establish with your vet and obtain their heartworm prevention prescriptions and have a fecal exam administered as some pets may need additional de-womers after leaving our care. Boston Charlie is a Terrier mix that definitely looks like he has some Boston Terrier in him when his ears are up. He is a sweet dog that knows how to sit and is dog friendly. He needs a home with at least a 6 foot privacy fence or vertial pole fence. He can jump to the top of a 6 ft chainlink and climb the last little bit to get out. He listens well and stays at the kennel door when he is told to.
