Maia came to our home as a rescue. She was found in a grocery bag along with her siblings at Eldridge Park. We took her in and gave her the care she needed to become a healthy and happy kitty. Which for the most part she has been. Maia loves to lay on your chest and be pet while you wind down for bed. She will let you know when she’s out of food or when she wants a treat. She even will sit and shake hands for her treat! Maia loves to play fetch with ponytail holders and rubber bracelets and even brings it back to you. She loves laying in the window and bird watching and is a great companion. Maia is now 3 and recently, (over the last 6-12 months) has made a change in her behavior towards the other pets as well as us. She has started to show her dominance in the house by marking in the dogs crates and other areas of the house. She is a good kitty but I think she’s overwhelmed with the other pets in the home. I feel she would do great in a home where she is the only pet.

She loves human attention and will hold conversations with you if she deems you worthy. She'll give you that sweet hint of mint your life is missing! Teaberry seems fine with other cats and dogs and really just wants to find a person to give her all the cuddles. Teaberry is spayed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, flea treated, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV tested negative! Story
Marlee is a 15 year old calico cat. I originally adopted her from Lolly Pop Farms when she was a kitten. She has traveled from my parents home, to my first apartment and lastly to my forever home. Once we had our son and he grew older, we wanted to expand our family and got 2 dogs- a lab and a king charles Cavalier. Although the dogs are sweet and curious, Marlee is too afraid of them to interact and hides the days away until they are both in their kennels at night time. Not the way my oldest baby should have to live her last years and it breaks my heart to part with her, but want her to be able to have a companion, the freedom to roam around and be happy. She loves to cuddle and lay next to her person and would be perfect in a home without dogs. I hope my sweet lady can find her new person to shower with love and live out the rest of her life

Cinder is 2 years old. She is very sweet and loves to cuddle. She gets along well with other cats and dogs. She is also friendly with children. Unfortunately I recently found out my toddler is allergic to cats and is the reason he is sick most of the time.
