Please contact Tonya Griffith (TMSGriffith@aol.com) for more information about this pet.For adoption information, please contact:ReneeTyler, TX903/330-1816 (text first)chicagorae@gmail.com Posted 11/1/14, and pictures taken 10/14/14.  Cats started showing up to my house, I couldn't afford to spay or neuter and vaccinate as well as feed them, and now I have 25 cats.  I have been keeping the male and female cats separate to the best of my ability, and this rescue is assisting me with spays/neuters.  These cats have all been handled and need a good home.  Emma is actually a Torbie, which is a mix between a Calico and a Tabby.  Emma is as sweet a girl as you will ever meet, and always wants to be by my side.  Her feelings can be quite hurt if she thinks she has missed out on something, but if I lean over she will never fail to leap on my back and lay right down.  She got her name not only from her interesting and beautiful looks but she is somewhat old fashioned.  Emma is a personality that is quiet, content, and quite proper.  She loves to play, and will also trust any dog she meets, so make sure she is only around one that would love her and not hurt her.  Her mom is KitKat. Lady had perfect manners even as a kitten.  She can be the shy one that hides in the back, but I promise that will not last long.  Whether it is play time, or any other, she stands there always hoping she gets picked first.  She is looking for someone just as special as she is.  She is gentle and kind.  Lady has never been outside, but will sit and look out the window whenever she can.  She was also raised with dogs, and will not hesitate to walk up to one, so her playmates will have to chosen with care. I got her from an older lady who had her for a long time, she is about 7 or 8 yrs old. She is declawed on front paws. She has a flea allergy which made her lose her fur from neck back to her tail. She would be good if she is only cat in house. She loves to come get on the bed and cuddle with you once she warms up at first, it takes her a couple of days to get used to her new surroundings. She eats dried cat food for senior cats, she likes a glass bowl to eat out of.

This is the brother to Gumbo.

His name is Gumbo. He has a brother that’s name is Oreo. He is black and white. They lived across the road from me and the owner had to move so they came to my house. I have them both outside. They were skinny when they first came over here but now are starting to gain weight. They are both extremely lovable. They just want attention. They do good with dogs and other cats. I have 2 cats of my own inside as well as a dog and I just can’t afford to keep them. At one point they were inside with the person who lived across the street and they were litter box trained. I have had them for about a month now and I just can’t keep them any longer. They have been together since birth. They love each other very much and you rarely seen them alone. They are always together.
