Mewes and her brothers story Starts when I was about 6 months pregnant with my daughter and a friend had posted her cat had kittens on Facebook and we decided to take both mewes and her brother opie. Unfortunately since then opie, Being an indoor outdoor cat, Didn't come home one day. When my daughter was about two We found out we were having twins Which changed our lives completely. We moved into a new house and as the kids got older of course the more stressful it became for mewes who was always a Skittish cat. I'm really the only person she trusts and/or allows to pet her for the most part occasionaly my daughter who is now 5, She spends a lot of time under our bed and mostly comes out at night. The only reason I've waited so long to consider re homing hers is as anyone could understand the guilt I feel But I also want her to have the best quality of life. I feel she would thrive best in a home where if there are kids they're older and no dogs she Is the sweetest Kitty

This is Nahla. I adopted her Oct. 2018 when she was just a kitten (couple months old). She gets along with small animals, not really sure about large ones though. She's good with kids, but maybe not small children as she is pretty scared of them. I have to rehome her due to financial issues. I'll of had Nahla for a whole year come this October, but because I just found out that I am now 6 months pregnant (found out at 20 weeks), I unfortunately do not have the money for all her vet visits to get her neutered and all her shots. I truly am so sad to have to rehome her, but I just cannot afford to take care of her right now and am looking for someone who IS able to get her taken care of and treat her well. She is very sweet and loving, but definitely only likes to be loved on when she wants to be (typical cat lol).

Story
Hey, I'm Kooks. And yes: I am a crazy and eccentric cat - in a good way. I am skittish and easily scared, but super talkative and cuddly when we get to know each other. You'll notice my left eye is foggy. I was rescued with my siblings from the woods somewhere. I was pretty sick and caught what's called "feline herpes." It's a conjunctivitis disease that went untreated for so long it scarred my eye. But don't be fooled. I have great eyesight and super quick reflexes. It just means I need pretty mild medication (Lysine powder) to keep the "eye gunk" at bay. My Mom adopted me because she knew my older brother, Fred, needed companionship. And, because of my temperament, I've become a sort of emotional support for him. We really need to stay together. But if he gets out of hand, I still have my claws. And he knows it. Spaz is a really good cat. We are her only owners. She likes to lay down in front of windows and bask in the sun. She has no claws in the front and she is an inside cat only. She needs a quiet place to live. Preferably no young children or other animals. Once she gets to know you, she loves being petted and will purr for hours.

Sammie is a lovely lady tortoiseshell indoor only cat. She does well with older kids but not with toddlers. She does well with dogs and other cats. In the right environment, she is very laid back but will not be shy informing you when her bowl is empty. She loves cat trees, feather type toys, and treats. She was rescued as a kitten by a neighbor who re-homed her to us before they moved. She did great with our family until our babies became toddlers. She does really well with older children, adults, and other pets. We hope we can find a forever home for her with a lot of love.
