Story
Amber kitty is a beautiful, smart, friendly cat - once she warms up to you. She loves to be pet, play with a laser pointer, and cuddle up on the couch. She will do none of these things when you adopt her though - she's going to hide from you and not want to be touched for at least 3 months as she gets used to the idea of a new home and new person in her life. This is how she acted when we moved a few years ago and when new family members moved in. She will reward a patient new owner with lots of love, it's just going to take a while! We have owned Amber since she was ~8 months old. She is an indoor/outdoor cat currently, and an excellent mouser. Our preference would be an indoor/outdoor home for her, but indoor only would be fine. She is about 6 years old now and in great health. Current on all shots. Litter box trained and very tidy. Sadly she became very territorial when we adopted a third cat and won't stop picking fights with the other two. She needs to go to a single cat home.

Story
Mariah was trapped in the orchards area of Vancouver back in mid March. Two weeks later she delivered 8 kittens, of which 7 were born healthy. She was an excellent mom. About three years old. Just starting to show her playful side. Enjoys playing with certain toys. She’s very stand-offish initially but after given some time (about a month or two) Of settling in and becoming relaxed, she’s extremely loving and affectionate. Mariah will probably do best in a very quiet home with one or two consistent people...not a lot of changes taking place often. Likes to sit next to her people on the couch and sleep on the bed. She’s been spayed microchipped vaccinated dewormed flea treated and tested for felv/fiv. She’s ready for her loving forever home. If you’re interested in adopting her please go to sccpets.com and fill out cat application.

Story
So we took these cats in as a favor, as a temporary arrangement. That was like 4 years ago. The fact is we're dog people. We've done the best we could to provide a loving home for them, but we feel strongly that they deserve better, and that somebody out there can provide a more appropriate forever home. We've gone from 2 to 4 dogs, including a mischievous puppy (adolescent now) and, while they're not in danger, they are subjected to a fair amount of harassment. They are very affectionate and lovey. Sammie was very close to my wife's son, but he's lost interest since becoming a teen, and he'd dearly love another young person with which to bond. They are declawed and must stay indoors. They will dig and chew houseplants. One of them pees on things sometimes... probably Sammie. We think this is passive aggressive behavior and will stop in a less hostile, more loving environment. We don't know how they would get along with other cats.

They are both three years old, fixed, chipped and basically inside kitties. They were from separate litters, both runts and bottle fed. They have been together since day one and we'd REALLY like to keep them together. Both are really good with kids and dogs.

This is my grandfather's cat he passed away and I need to find her a good home. She has no claws to protect herself she is very affectionate. She's a great cat and I would keep her but my wife is allergic to cats. She has been good with are two Chihuahuas. I don't know how she is with other cats but good with small dogs as long as they are nice. She is use to a big home but seems to be doing okay in my small apartment. She like to play catch and other games. Please ask me any questions you may have I want her to go to a good forever home. I thi k She is 10 but acts like a kitten full of energy.

Story
Zeus used to be an inside cat and I never got him fixed. my daughter got him two years ago as a baby we moved one year ago and got a doggie door so that the cats could go outside and go to the bathroom. For the past 6 months Zeus has been afraid to come into the house. He's been afraid of everything and everybody. He used to come in the house at night time and sleep on my bed. now he won't come in at all and acts like he doesn't know who I am and gets scared and growls at me when I try to take him in the house. he's never once tried to bite me or scratch me he's never put his claws out even when he was growling. Zeus needs a home that will get him neutered and keep him inside the house and domesticate him again.he has also gotten very skinny since he's been outside even though I put food and water out for him.
