Story
Calypso is the perfect mix of sweet and cuddly and a great watchdog. She would do best with a family who works from home and is home a lot, with a large fenced backyard. She occupies herself with toys and is not destructive. She is potty trained. She isn't crate trained yet but she can be left out when home alone with no messes. She loves car rides so she will always try to tag along. She is dog selective, so she would prefer to be the only pet or in a home with a small, friendly dog(s). Absolutely no cats. She loves to go for walks as well as being outside in the backyard running or sunbathing. She can use some leash training. Calypso's favorite thing to do is cuddle while watching TV.

Story
Tessie was rescued under a home in December 2017 from a litter of nine. Tessie was approximately 9-12 weeks old. Tessie is a sweet dog, house trained, affectionate and does not bite. Behavior: At the onset of her rescue Tessie had a timid temperament and began displaying anxiety at bath time and at her regular vet visits became nervous and paced. Tessie and her littermate were crate trained now Tessie likes to curl up on her own dog bed.To alleviate Tessie’s anxiety, her vet prescribed Prozac but Tessie did not tolerate it well and experienced side effects. Tessie was taken off the medication and given more affection and play time. Tessie is an indoor/ outdoor dog. Unfortunately Tessie can climb out of tall cyclone fencing and enjoys escapes in the neighborhood. Tessie is a fast runner and can walk with a gentle lead. It is our hope we can locate an adoptive family who has tall privacy fencing and/ or the ability to run long stretches with Tessie daily.
