Story
I cannot keep October. My roommate and I are both allergic to cats and on top of that I was recently informed that I cannot keep a cat in my rent house. She and her kittens need a home ASAP. October is a kitty I have known since August 2019. She was a stray. I have asked my neighbors if they owned her and they all said no. She was pregnant when I moved in and had her kittens on someone else's property. I don't think any of them survived. October has slowly warmed up to me since then. She is pregnant again and I couldn't stand the thought of all of her kittens dying. She trusted me enough to come inside my house recently so I bought her the basics and have kept her in. I have never owned a cat before, and I believe she and her kittens should be in the care of an experienced cat keeper. October is shy but loves to be pet and loves to snack. She requires patience and love. Please consider taking her in. I will give the adopter all supplies that I have for her.

Story
Leo is a sweet loving cat! He isn't fixed and that's mainly why we have to re-home him, we can't afford it... And the reason he needs fixed so badly is because he is aggressive towards our other males cats because we have females in the home. He is also aggressive towards both females (one being his mother). He likes to play with the dogs and he hasn't acted like he doesn't like kids or adults. He's never swatted at anyone before. Though, he does like to explore! Unfortunately for us, he tries to explore where our family heirlooms are and almost break them. I say almost because he has knocked serval down but hasn't broken them... He really needs a good home. I would love to keep him but he just can't get along with our other cats... And rehoming one is better than rehoming 5... He is litter box trained and has never been outside.

This cat is located in central Arkansas. This cat cannot be transported to another state.  She would not do well in a transport situation for 2 days. NAME: Rascal Flats - female BREED: Choose one: Domestic Medium Hair BIRTH DATE: 2/1/2018 LITTER BOX TRAINED: Yes VETTING DONE: FVRCP with FeLV: 2-26-19, Spayed/Neutered:2-26-18, FIV/FeLV Tested: 2-26-18 neg/neg, Chipped: will be chipped at adoption GETS ALONG WITH OTHER CATS/DOGS? Liked my other cats, not crazy about my dogs. They stayed in a separate room away from the dogs. CHILDREN? No small children SPECIAL NEEDS:  Initially cautious when in a new environment.  She and her sister will need a very experienced and patient cat owner.  No small children. Adoption fees for AR are $100.00. BIO: These two kitties are full of personality. They like to cuddle together but when rascal flats is hungry or thirsty she makes sure to let her sibling know by pushing her out of the way with her paw! LOL. Princess is very sweet and loves to be loved a lot but she does like her space and needs attention sometimes from a distance. Rascal flats is very rambuncous and loves to play with your hair, your hands and anything else you can dangle in front of her! She loves to explore and check new things out! Her sister is very shy but loves her company, they must be adopted together. These kitties I think in the past may have not had such great experiences with humans but they are learning to love and trust again. They will warm your hearts once they get a chance to, with love, acceptance and attention they will be the perfect combination of sweet and feisty to add to your homes! Story
"She is one tough chic" exclaimed the vet upon initially examing Grandma Freida after being found starving in south-central Conway, AR. She was trying to eat an outdoor cat's  food with a mis-aligned, "healed" broken jaw. She appeared to have been hit by a car at least six months prior to being found. She has a broken canine and other teeth. She had obvously been someone's cared-for and loved cat - she had been spayed and de-clawed on the front paws. Efforts to find her owners failed. How she made it on her own on the edge of town - not being able to hunt, or protect herself from dogs, raccoons, and coyotes - is remarkable. She always uses the litter box. She has been tested negative for diabetes, and negative-negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV.  Freida is alert and spry for her age, never hesitating to ask for food when her internal dinner bell rings. She purrs and rubs when given the chance to be stroked and held by a human.THIS CAT IS LOCATED IN CENTRAL ARKANSAS.TRANSPORT TO RI, CT AREA IS ONCE PER WEEK, WEATHER PERMITTING, FOR AN ADITIONAL $140, WHICH IS PAID DIRECTLY TO AN INDEPENDENT TRANSPORT COMPANY. ADOPTION FEE: $100. IN AR; $175. IN NEW ENGLAND ($75. IS FOR REQUIRED USDA HEALTH CERT TO TRAVEL).   As is the case with some de-clawings, this cruel mutilation operation long ago is now taking its toll on Freida. She sits and walks with her weight shifted back on her haunches, and sometimes sits holding up one front paw or the other, as if to indicate it hurts her feet to bear weight due to the amputated toes. Don't be mistaken, though. She gets around! Crack open a can of cat food and she magically appears beside her food bowl. And any kitten or king cat that comes sniffing at her food, or pokes its head into her sleeping territory will be swiftly dispatched with a hiss and sometimes a swat. Freida will make an excellent, calm and serene senior cat best friend for the right single, couple, or family without other pets. She would be a good cat for a family with older children who can appreciate that older cats do not play as much, but nevertheless can give love and appreciation to their human adoptive family, and maintain their dignity and unique catty composure. Please consider adopting Freida and make her golden years special for this "touch chic" kitty. Freida is litter box trained, spayed, microchipped, tested neg-neg for Feline HIV and Feline Leukemia, vaccinated for FVRCP + Ch, Rabies, and Feline Leukemia. Freida has been given a complete geriatric veterinary exam, including extensive blood work profiling, twice in the past six months. (The most recent was November 2018.) Her first exam indicated anemia due to her starving condition, and some other imbalances. All blood chemistry profiles were back to normal six months later, after her extensive dental repair work and constant feeding coupled with nutritional supplements. She now eats normal senior high-quality cat food, but otherwise does not require a special diet, and she needs no medications. Frieda is indifferent to kids. She does not like most other cats. Her like/dislike of dogs is unknown.
