My husband and I adopted Modoc from a woman up in Sacramento. Since then, we have moved to Southern California. She is 6 years old, spayed, still has her claws, microchipped, and mostly indoors. She gets along enough with our daschund, but if he goes after her, Modoc will put him in his place with a swipe of her paw. She can hold her own with a dog. We have never had another cat at the same time, so I cannot confirm she's good with other felines. It would be best if she's the only kitty in your home. She has little exposure to children, but if they respect her, I imagine she'd do the same. She fairly independent but sleeps with us and loves head scratches. Modoc is a hit or miss with belly rubs. We love our Modoc, however, we plan on starting a family. Being pregnant and the exposure to kitty litter doesn't go hand in hand in our world. Since our families are on the East Coast, we are reaching out and hoping to find a loving West Coast family to take our Mo.

I saved Mowgli from behind a dumpster when he was a teeny kitten. I nursed him back to health and now he is a healthy 3 year old. He loves to rub in catnip, play with his toys, and pester his big brother Biggie. He is friendly and sweet.

♡The sweetest snuggle bug! ♡Leona is almost 5 years old and is super affectionate and kind. ♡She won't let you have a second to yourself without seeing what you're doing or snuggling up next to you. ♡She is a bit of a chatterbox and she will meow back and forth with you. ♡She is intelligent and will listen when you tell her no. I've trained her to not jump onto countertops and scratch furniture. ♡She's never bitten or scratched any person or animal, but if she gets scared she will hide. ♡She loves looking out windows and sleeping on your things. ♡She's overweight but she has become much more energetic and playful since she lost a few lbs. ♡She is the perfect cat once she warms up to you within a month or two. ♡Unfortunately due to intensifying allergies, I am unable to live with her anymore.

“Hello, my name is Smoochie! I am a snowshoe Siamese cat and am about 8 years old. I was adopted as a kitten from a rescue in Costa Mesa, CA. I am a very sweet kitty and really love affection and I will frequently come to remind you to pet me! I am very talkative, especially when it is time for bed, I will walk you to your room and talk the whole time! If you let me, I will sleep at the end of your bed and keep your feet warm. I spend a lot of time taking cat naps and I’m not too fussy about food. I get a long with other cats (as long as they are nice) and one of my pictures is with my brother I was raised with, Ponzu. We are best friends and I hope we can get adopted together. Although I don’t jump around a whole lot I love to play and am in good health. Unfortunately my daddy has to move out of the country for business and I would love to meet my new humans for my fur-ever home! See you soon!” 😻
