Ok...so here it is. My foster mom says that I'm special in a different special way. I had some bad luck and was hurt by some little humans. I don't remember coming to her house because everything was pretty foggy back then. Since I've been here I can see a bit again, walk again and I'm learning how to run...or hop...sort of. Mom calls me her little GATE kid 'cause I'm so smart! It really wasn't that hard to figure out to just hang out close to her. She's like a treat ATM. Anacapa loves to cuddle, be social, and watch out the windows. She is constantly purring. We moved recently and she was scared and hiding for the first two days, but after that was totally fine. Would love if we could find a home that would take both her and her sister! I am pregnant and developed an allergy to cats. I have tried everything, but unfortunately am in constant discomfort and have had to come the the decision to find Anacapa and her sister Blackjack a new home.

I have two Russian Blue males cats (Orion and Sinica) that I unfortunately need to find a wonderful home for. I adopted them as 8 week old kittens from Petco in Westminster, Los Angeles in 2011. They are brothers from the same litter, their temperament is AWESOME; they LOVE to be rubbed endlessly. They are extremely chill cats that do not scratch, hiss, or bite children or adults, but they may do it to one another from time to time during their "horseplay" sessions. They are neutered, potty trained, and have never been allowed outside beyond the patio where they love to sun bathe and use the litter box. They do not have any known medical problems. The will claw certain types of furniture that has coarse feeling fabric, still keeping their claws clipped helps. I am looking for a loving home that is able to take in both cats.

Vincent came to Surfcat after spending 7 months in a small cage at the shelter. Vincent was all done with shelter life when he was sent to quarentine for scratching a staff member. He was no longer in the path of the public eye making it difficult for a potential guardian to see him or interact with him.Enter Surfcat Cafe & Adoptions!! We feel that all cats deserve a second chance at life. Once at the sanctuary Vincent showed his over the top grateful self as he rubbed and loved on the Surfcat volunteers without caution. After a bit of exploring he settled down on the front catio for a trusting nap. Vincent continues to show his gratitude with head bops and gentle love bites daily. He has become the heart of Surfcat and would love to steal your heart!!
