Story
I originally adopted Skittles on PetFinder because I was in search of a big cat. Sure enough Skittles is a big 17 pound adult cat. He was a perfect match until my husband began having allergy and sinus issues. We never knew he would be affected by the cat or else I would not have gotten him. Skittles is full of so much love. He is like a human because he follows you around, meows, loves to be pet. Excellent companion cat for someone who needs the love of a pet. He is so lovable and sweet. He needs all the attention so he won't do well in a house with other animals. He will do fine with kids. He is declawed so he will not destroy your furniture. He has been very healthy for the year we have had him and still loves to chase the laser pen. I would love to see him in a home where he will get the attention and love he deserves because he will definitely give you love.

Story
Tatum is a big scoop of orange sherbet--sweet, refreshing and melts when you hold her! She's a little bit o' honey with a story. Tatum has suffered with Pemphigus which is an auto immune disorder as well as Herpes since she was quite young. Her face and ears were chronically inflamed and weepy and her nose is always stuffy. Her breathing is very raspy. Her owners went looking for answers and decided it was in her best interest to go to a reputable rescue group who would provide the specialized care that she needed. Through trial and error of medications, dietary management, and controlled environment, we appear to have found an effective balance. She must be in a flea-free home and cannot be exposed to fungus. Tatum can go symptom-free for a good string of months but can have a flare due to unknown causes. The successful adopter will be prepared to provide prompt intervention should old symptoms resurface or new symptoms emerge. She's TOTALLY worth it! She will more than likely live on a low dose of steroids for life and will need injections when she does have a flare.  https://youtu.be/KtivpbuFoBI https://veterinary-practice.com/article/feline-pemphigus-foliaceus https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/feline-herpesvirus-infection-or-feline-viral-rhinotracheitis No out of state adoptions. Story
My name is Faith. I was born on April 24, 2015.  Faith is a little bit shy; very fond of drinking from the faucet! She has a great appreciation for being handled, played with and talked to; very interactive! Super good-natured and even tempered. She is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (practically perfect in every way). She is very bonded with Isaiah and they will need to be adopted together. Since they will need to be adopted together the adoption fee will be $100 for both kitties.  No out of state adoptions.
