He was the start of his foster mom's desire to advocate for the sweet little furries with the unfortunate luck of getting FIV+. Unfortunately that phrase when affiliated with kitties brings about a stigmata and an unfortunate fear. Knowledge is power, but rarely do we find people with FIV knowledge looking for these sweet babies. Oscar is a sweet boy who would do best as the king of your world. N0t because he's FIV+, but just because he prefers to fly solo. He is a an absolute gem. His handsome looks and amazing long fur just add to the personality that is Oscar. He is a playful boy. He loves people but would prefer to snuggle on his terms. Please consider opening your home to our sweet boy!

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.*The Infinity Litter* Rocket and his siblings were discovered when one of our volunteers entered her shed this spring. Mom had done a great job of finding a nice safe place to hide her kittens. They were completely feral. A feeding station was set up and once they were all comfortable with coming to get the chow, traps were moved in to get them used to being there before they were set and kitties caught. They were then moved into a condo in the house where the forced love began. They've made great progress with their socialization, but are still shy with new people and situations. They will need time, patience and understanding to adjust to a new home; a calm, quiet environment would be ideal. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Riley is beautiful! Her coat and colors, stunning. She's still a little shy but, will come out of her shell. She's got cattitude and why wouldn't she, she's gorgeous and she knows it. She's very playful and enjoys a playmate. Riley is FIV+ We do recommend researching FIV if you are not familiar with it before adopting. There is a lot of information out there and there is a lot of conflicting information. What we can say is t he only proven danger of transmission is via a bite, where the virus in the saliva is effectively injected directly into contact with the recipient's blood, thus infecting that cat. More recently, the '1000 FIV cats project' has also collected information from owners of FIV cats around the world - well over 60% of which have FIV positive cats living with uninfected cats with, to date, not a single report of transmission of the virus within their household. Either way, it is important to be informed. Do your research and don't discount them just because, they are positive. Many cats have never been tested. Think about it, when you've seen a Free kittens sign. Typically you go, pick out a cat, get it vaccinated and spayed/neutered. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Luigi is a dapper fella. A distinguished senior who found himself surrendered to a local animal shelter. He is a munchkin. He's small. At only 6lbs with his short stack legs, Luigi makes the most adorable sight. He's a talkative guy who will tell you all about his life. I only wish I spoke cat. He's an observer, he loves to sit and watch. When you pet his head and his back he will reward you with a wonderful purr. He prefers if you do not scratch his chest and will vocalize his dissatisfaction with the offence. Luigi is just as mobile as any other cat. You'd think such short legs couldn't do the levels of a cat tree or allow him to move very fast. You'd also be terribly wrong. Those short stack legs have the same abilities as the longer ones. He is neutered, combo tested negative and comes UTD on all his vaccines. His litterbox habits are as you would expect of such a distinguished gentleman, perfect.
