Story
Noon and Night were abandoned to a very kind relative, who already has 6 of her own. She was not given any information but believes they have had no shots, and are not neutered. Noon is a long-haired orange tabby with startling green eyes and tufts of hair between his toes. His hobbies are splashing water, inspectiing the (human) bathroom for opportunities to splash water, and chasing jingle-balls. He's very chill. No, more chill than that. I spend a lot of time wondering where he is, because he moves like a ninja. He's a lap cat when he decides to be, but mostly he likes to slink and investigate. Noon's discovering toys now and is a big fan especially if he has a human who'll play with him. Noon was raised in a household with children (middle-school age and up) and has soft paws (meaning he'll paw for attention but without claws). He isn't picky with food or cat litter and he uses cardboard scratching pads with great gusto. He will need an owner willing to brush his tail, because it does get a few tangles otherwise. Night is an unneutered American short hair with a very Siamese approach to life. Which is to say he talks, loudly and at length. While in the pictures he appears black at first glance, in full sun when sitting still, he has orange highlights on his black half. Night is a very athletic feline who enjoys studying life from a high window. He loves to be petted and even offers nose boops, but he's much too busy for long bouts of snuggling. Like his brother, Night is a water-slosher though he seems to be settling down about that. For anyone looking for a trainable cat, I think Night might have promise in that regard. I've never seen a cat as food-motivated as this one. He was raised in a household with older children (middle-school and up) and knows to mind his claws. He uses the cardboard scratcher in preference to the furniture Night did have a mild digestive issue, but switching him back to what his previous owner was feeding him and adding in Friskies wet food has resolved the issue. It would nice if they could be adopted together so as not to undergo another trauma of being separated, but not required. However, any adopter will sign a contract stating they will have them/him neutered. Public Assist for CS

Story
Vader is a sleek panther-in-disguise. He started life out as a stray/surrender to a high kill shelter as a wee kitten who needed bottle feeding.(born 7-18-18). This fella, despite a rough start, has blossomed into a loving, playful and, at times, willful young man. He is intensely curious and observant. He also wants you to know that he loves viewing the outside world from a safe window or a 'catico' (brownie points if you have one). If there must be a dog, he should be completely subservient to his wishes at all times. Vader does well with other cats, dogs and children. He is FIV/FeLV negative, neutered and up to date on shots. Bring a little elegance of black velvet into your life... Vader . Adoption fee: $90 Foster: Lee H.

Story
Smoky is a sweet, shy 3-year-old boy who is very unsettled by the sudden loss of his human but warms up with gentle, kind handling. He is already letting himself be held, and then snuggles on his foster mom's shoulder. He would like to be someone's best buddy again. He gets along well with other cats and has lived with dogs. His striking blue-grey coat has just a tip of white at the end of hia tail, as if he dipped it in paint! $90 All cats will be spayed/neutered and vaccinations up to date before being adopted. Story
Ricky is the brother of Lucy. He is six months old. He is an active, playful, inquisitive kitten who wants to be involved in whatever you are doing. Likes:toys, playing, being petted, exploring kitchen cupboards. He needs someone who will be very alert and watchful of where he is because he is very quick, can slip under your feet through a door or get into things he shouldn't. However he is sweet and loving and growing into a cat who will be a fun and faithful friend. Christine B.
