Story
Panhandle is a 6 month old kitty that came to us after a homeowner was moving and didn't want to leave the feral kitties that she was caring for behind. Panhandle has become one of the most social kitties in her foster home. She loves the kids and cats and is great with the family dog. Pan loves following her family everywhere and loves to play!Panhandle does not like being picked up but loves pets. Panhandle is bonded with her sibling, Glenwood, and MUST be adopted together!ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST APPLY TO ADOPT BEFORE SETTING UP A MEET AND GREET. Story
Meet Rachel! Rachel had a tough start to life, she lived and cared for her kittens outside until she was brought into rescue, but she has made huge strides in her time in her foster home and has fully adjusted to indoor life. She is extremely loving and friendly, and always comes running in for attention when her foster mom comes home. She is litter box trained, and gets along well with other cats and dogs. She is an easy going cat, and is looking for a quiet home where she can enjoy the simple things in life, a warm spot in the sun to nap, lots of snacks, and endless pets. She’ll even paw you to tell you she’s not ready to be finished with pets. Content just to be close to you on the couch, she’ll make the perfect Netflix viewing buddy for this dreary Pittsburgh winter. The Foster Farm is committed to ensuring that our animals find their best fit furever homes! Therefore, please know that we do not adopt out our animals based on looks alone! We understand that our animals are cute, and that their photo is the first thing that you notice about them. However, it’s more important that our animals’ personalities, energy, age, size, breed type, and temperament match that of their future family’s lifestyle, family structure, housing type, hobbies, and activity level/type. It’s also important to note that some landlords and leasing companies have breed, weight, or size restrictions. We take all of this into account when approving applicants to meet our animals. If we think there is a better fit animal based on your application and you are able to be approved, we will reach out to you if you have marked this on your application.Thank you for understanding and we are looking forward to helping you find your new furry family member!cedure.ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST APPLY TO ADOPT BEFORE SETTING UP A MEET AND GREET.
