Smokey was found at a hotel parking lot at 4 weeks of age. She was very sick and needed to be nursed back to health. Now, she is a very healthy, well adjusted young cat that is looking for a family to love her forever. She is fully vetted and current on vaccinations.

This sweet boy was rescue along with his brothers from a very dire situation. They were so happy to have a safe place to sleep, all the food they wanted and someone to play with. He is a fun and lovable little guy. He is fully vetted and ready to go home with you!!!!

Story

Gatsby was living outside of the Pitt Stop Cafe in Kennedale and we were notified that he was injured. We went and picked him up and took him to the vet. Gatsby needed to go see a specialist, so we contacted For the Love of Alex to help Gatsby. They paid for him to see the specialist and have x-rays. It was determined that both of Gatsby's hips had been previously broken likely from being hit by a car. His hips had healed, but not correctly. However, he is still able to walk and you wouldn't even know that his hips had been broken just by looking at him. At the time Gatsby was injured, he would have had to drag himself everywhere he went. The specialist said that he had no idea how Gatsby had been able to survive and how predators had not gotten him. We don't know either, we are just thankful that he did. Gatsby is a regal looking kitty and he loves attention. He also likes to just hang out by himself. He is very laid back kinda kitty. He loves younger kittens and doesn't seem to mind other male cats or at least the one that he is with. However, he is not a fan of female cats unless they are kittens that he has been with as they have grown up. Even though Gatsby doesn't seem to mind living with his foster mom, he is a very special kitty who deserves a loving forever home of his own.

Ms Lexi found herself pregnant and desperately searching for food. We found her and scooped her up to take her inside so she would be safe and have a safe place to have her babies. She had two beautiful little babies that have now been adopted. She is ready for her forever permanent home. Lexi has a sweet soul and loves to sleep on the bed like a queen. She is fully vetted.
