Story
I acquired him through the Human Society in Michigan. He is a very sweet cat and is four years old. I am looking for a home for Riley in which there are not too many other animals so he can live stress-free. He gets along with other cats but prefers to be without dogs since they cause him stress.

Story
Samoa is a beautiful cat. Her fur is so soft. She is playful and affectionate. She loves to come cuddle with you on the couch. She is sweet about asking for food. When she is out or almost, she just comes and meows and you follow her. The only thing that isn't working is my 3 grandchildren. It's just the toddlers that run up and grab and she scratches their face. It's my 3rd toddler scratched and my children in-laws are upset. I always try to remember to lock her in my room, but sometimes I forget and they get scratched. I feel awful about it and don't think you should give away your animal, but m afraid my kids think Im choosing the cat over grandchildren. She is fine with adults and kids unless she is extremely scared, she may scratch trying to get away from a growling dog. She is 7 years old and they don't like to remove claws from cats this age or older. I would need someone who could give her love and security, and who has experienced having a cat and knows what to expect.

Story
Casper was a rescue as a kitten, went up for adoption and no one wanted him because he is scared of everything. He will hide till he feels safe to come out. He has no bad habits and is litter boxed trained. He does like to dig in his litter with gusto so I use a high sided tote bin, He would blossom into a self confident cat with the right person. He currently get along with his adoptive brother very well Everything scares him. He needs to be an inside cat.

Story
She's a very mellow cat that loves constant snuggles and attention. We've had her for over a year, and the vet estimated she is about 7 years old when we first took her in (so about 8 now). She does occasionally throw up food and pee on loose clothing\blankets even with proper litterbox care, both of which I would consider normal cat behavior. However, she did pee on a couch once out of the blue, I think due to the fact we had a friend who has dogs sit on the couch, again probably to be expected. The vet hasen't found any underlying health issues associated with that behavior. She has less accidents with a clean house and when people are around. She has a coughing/allergy condition that requires me to take her to the vet every few months or so for a steroid shot, and the vet also wants to do yearly labwork to ensure the shots aren't doing any harm. She is very loving and she would probably be better for a family better equipped to handle the behavior issues and vet costs.
