Story
Ducky got his name because when we first saw him he had a roll of duct tape around his neck. My neighbor and I tried for several days and nights to get him. Finally he started coming around and the duct tape was gone. We were able to pet him and he stayed around we noticed ducky had a cyst on his face and bleeding. We took him to my vet and he was treated and also neutered and wormed. Ducky is loving and purrs and just wants a forever home. Both myself and neighbor have 5 rescues each or we would keep ducky. Our homes seem to be a magnet for strays. If someone could give this little guy who is about 6-8 months old a good home I know he would be so happy.

"Cake" - 2 year old neutered male - Cake's original owner could not keep him, so an acquaintance offered to take him. He ended up not getting along with their cats, so they brought him here to our shelter. They said he was comfortable with kids. He has never really been around dogs, so they were unsure how he would do with them. Cake is a friendly and laid back guy most of the time and likes to be petted.

"Emmy" - 1 to 2 year old female - Emmy was found by a family that wanted to keep her, but she wasn't getting along with their other cat in the home, so they brought her to our shelter. She is a pretty laid back kitty most of the time here at the shelter, but she does enjoy getting some affection and being petted.

"Kitty" - 2 year old female - Kitty is a very sweet and friendly girl. She was brought to our shelter because her owner had to move and could not take Kitty. They did say she is good with kids and likes other cats, but does not like dogs.
