Prepare yourself, sweet Josiah will wiggle his way in and the rest will be history! Josiah is a Retriever Mix we have had him tested for auto immune and it wasn't positive, had him tested for cancer and it wasn't that, so we are stumped as to what Jojo's issue is! Josiah doesn't let his physical appearance get him down! He hasn't met a human or dog he didn't like. Josiah is house trained, knows basic commands, and is known to be quite the snuggler.  We are currently working with our vet to determine the best course of action for this sweet boy medically, however please don't let that take away from potentially loving furever family.  ##126473##

My name is Boots. I came to the shelter with my brother and best friend, Patches. We have been together since birth. We used to live with a family with chickens and ducks until we decided we would rather eat them than watch them.Other than birds we are great! We are both completely house trained and slept inside with our family. We would lovea new home without birds and a big yard to run and play in. We both could stand to lose a little weight (especially Patches) and would be great walking buddies. Come by to meet us and see what you think. We are also friendly withother dogs. I have also been spayed and have my current rabies, bordtella and parvo/distemper vaccines and am heartworm negative. You need to come meet me and my sister, Boots. We havebeen together since we were born. We would be a great pair on a farm or ranch or just a home with a nice big yard. We are both completely house trained and love to sleep inside with our family. I do need to lose a little weight so if you like to go for walks, I am your boy. However we don't like those nasty feathered things called birds! So don't invite us over if you have chickens or ducks. We are both super sweet. Boots has been neutered and is heartworm negative.
